Overall, the staff throughout the hotel are lovely and very helpful. There is always somebody to help you with any special requests. Most of the staff speak English which can be helpful. I liked the Beach area in front of the hotel. The water is deep enough to have a swim at high tide. The Hotel is nice and close to the Surfing, Paddle Board and kite surfing school if you feel like getting out onto the ocean. It is a cheap taxi ride into town if you do not feel like walking to the main shopping area. The Hotel is close to the local food night markets if you want to try the local food. The Pool area is nice and quiet and the beach side is a bit more lively with an 8-km walking and bike track that can be a nice way to get into town.

Lovely resort for a couple or family looking for a beach holiday. Staff are incredibly friendly and polite; like nowhere else I have ever been. The buildings and gardens are very pretty and there is enough space for the resort to feel quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, with absolutely anything one could want, and nice views over the pool to the beach. Room was big; with a nice balcony & huge comfortable bed. Fixtures & fittings could do with a bit of TLC but we just showered and slept there. Located right on the beach, with so many dining options within 10 min stroll along the 'boardwalk'. Overall, a classy, peaceful and attractive resort that we definitely recommend for a relaxing week in the sun.

Sanur is a little laid back part of Bali. Apart from the regular visitors , mostly frequented by those undertaking water sports like Scuba diving or surfing. I chose this place as was next to my Dive shop. The hotel is at the far end of the beach , nice quiet place a bit run down but comfortable and clean rooms and offcourse very green surrounding. Being a veg , didn't find much options in the restaurant menu, though the chef did make a nice local Veg preparation on request . The Genius Cafe (not a part of the hotel) on the beach has plenty vegan options to try from. Staff were very courteous and were ready help with any request.

The resort was lovely. The gardens were really well maintained and it had that village feel with all the separate units with thatched roofs. We had a couple of little issues with the room, but once we let reception know there was someone there to fix the problem within 5 minutes. The beachfront area was always clean with staff on the beach every morning raking up the seaweed and any rubbish. The rooms were also very clean. Loved our stay.

While a little older than other hotels around, I loved the true tropical resort look and feel of individual thatched units. It was very clean everywhere, the staff were charming and friendly. Make sure you book into the spa, I had a fantastic massage and would have tried every other offering if I had had the time - especially the hair treatment! The bed was enormous! The Aquafitness session was hilarious and a real bonus.
